Our Preschool Mission
Selecting a preschool is no little thing. You are releasing your most valuable possession into the care of others and as parents ourselves, we understand the enormity of that. Parents know that every child has infinite value, and this has driven our dedication to provide high quality childcare for over 50 years. Our mission is to excel in providing a safe, warm and caring environment where every child can learn and grow – irrespective of background, culture or ability. We love achieving this by working alongside all the children’s families whom we care about too. We want to support parents, because parenting is not easy – and we want to give every child the best start in life possible, so that each one might know that they are truly cared for and loved.
For children aged 2-4 years, we are Ofsted Registered for children from 2 years+. Sessions are run by experienced qualified staff with many years experience supported by a board of Trustees. We offer exceptional value. And just so you can be clear where our heart lies – we are registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (ref: 1167875).

Our leadership and management team love to work together. We are not just friends, we are family and we love to extend that to the individual families under our care so we can meet their needs too.
We love team work
We love collaboration and we have established excellent partnerships with our local schools. We also love to invite other organisations into our setting - after all "it takes a village to raise a child".
We protect
All our staff are trained in paediatric first aid and are fully qualified in child protection procedures. We update safeguarding training yearly. We believe in clear boundaries and teaching children how to keep safe.

Activities & learning
Our facilities include our lending library, secret garden, art & creativity equipment, sand & water toys, climbing frame, ride on toys, let’s pretend facilities and our cosy-story corner for quieter times. We also love to invite other organisations into our setting so our children can access them for free. We have also been extremely successful in securing support from external agencies to help children with special educational needs or disabilities.
Our times & fees
We have FREE places for eligible 2 year olds and FREE early years entitlement available for 3 and 4 years olds.
A non-profit charity
We are registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (ref: 1167875). This means we are a non-profit organisation where all our finances go back into our work.
